I’m a portrait photographer and filmmaker in Albuquerque, NM. I create bold headshots, creative portraits, grad sessions, and commercial photography that capture your story with a cinematic edge.
As an Albuquerque portrait and headshot photographer with a background in cinematography, I bring a filmmaker’s eye for composition and color to every session. My goal is simple: to make you look confident, approachable, and uniquely yourself.
Each session is more than just “taking pictures” — it’s about crafting a visual story, almost like a short film, that highlights your personality and helps you stand out whether it’s for business, acting, or personal branding.
My journey into photography started back in high school when my parents gave me my first camera. At the time, I never imagined becoming a professional photographer, but I was captivated by how vibrant the world appeared through the lens. In 2020, I began collaborating with fashion models and experimenting with styled creative shoots — and I quickly realized this was more than a hobby. It became my true calling.
What I love most about portrait photography is the connection. For me, every session is a chance to build trust and capture something authentic. I often describe it as a dance between the subject and myself — a creative exchange that brings out genuine confidence and expression. That’s why so many of my Albuquerque clients tell me they feel comfortable in front of my camera, even if they usually don’t like having their picture taken.
Every portrait session begins with a personal touch. I start with an in-person or phone consultation to talk through your vision and answer any questions. Once we’ve secured your booking with a deposit, I’ll guide you through the creative planning process — from lookbooks and mood boards to styling and location ideas here in Albuquerque.
On shoot day, everything is built around the concepts we’ve already visualized together, so you can relax and enjoy the process. Afterward, I carefully retouch and edit your images, then deliver them through a private, curated online gallery you can easily share or download.
